oats - how do you eat yours?

  • Grind em up in a magic bullet, and put them into shakes. That's the easiest way.

    Tastiest would probably be with some agave nectar, and cook them in grass fed milk.

      • Blue berries and protein powder..
        In the offseason I do apple and a little custard powder with sweeter and almond milk and cinnamon, omg!!!!

        • Prep:
          1/2c oats
          1/2c frozen blueberries...heat these two with water in the science oven then add:
          1scp casein or isolate depending on the situation (preworkout or pre-bed)
          cinnamon

          Offseason:
          1c oats
          1/2c blueberries, handful of raisins, frozen banana
          1scp casein or isolate...
          splash of eggwhites or milk on top
          cinnamon
          sometimes a bit of greek yog on top as well

            1 c oats
            2 scoops of whey
            1-2 tbsp. of pb

            Cook the oats in water first and then add otherwise the protein goes wonky if you cook it

                  • 3/4 cup oats, 1 scoop DC whey (chocolate brownie flavor!), 1 tb tedy PB, tiny bit of cinnamon.
